We understand you might be having trouble locating your ticket. The most common reason for this is that the email containing your ticket might be in your spam folder.
Here's what to do:
- Check your spam folder: Please take a look in your spam folder for an email from Eventicko with your ticket attached.
- Still can't find it? If you haven't received the email with your ticket within 30 minutes and it's not in your spam folder, feel free to contact Eventicko's customer service for further assistance.
- Download from your dashboard: You can also download your ticket directly from your Eventicko dashboard at any time.
