Full Terms
1. Introduction
Eventicko sells tickets on behalf of event organisers ("Promoter"). The Promoter is responsible for all event details and any related complaints. Eventicko processes ticket purchases and does not set ticket prices.
2. Your Tickets
You can download and print your tickets after purchase confirmation. A confirmation email with a PDF ticket will be sent to your provided email address.
Treat your ticket like cash. It's required for entry, and the unique code allows only one entry. Presenting multiple copies of the same ticket may result in denied entry for all ticket holders with that code.
Valid ID is required for concession tickets and age-restricted events. You may be denied entry without proper identification.
3. Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds
Tickets purchased online via Eventicko.com are non-refundable.
Cancellations: The organiser handles refunds for cancelled events. Eventicko can process these refunds on the organiser's behalf. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Tickets purchased through the organiser or their POS system cannot be refunded via Eventicko.
Postponements: Tickets for the original event date are valid for the new date unless otherwise stated. You can request a refund for the postponed event within 3 weeks of the new date announcement. Contact Eventicko customer service before the rescheduled date to request a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Event delays or other implementation issues are the organiser's responsibility, not Eventicko's. Contact the organiser for any event-related complaints. Tickets cannot be refunded due to event delays.
4. Refusal of Admission or Ejection
The Promoter or venue can refuse entry or eject anyone whose behaviour violates their rules and regulations, without providing a refund.
6. Payment Card Problems
Eventicko's system interacts directly with your bank via Stripe. Occasionally, your bank may decline transactions due to account status or limitations on online purchases. In such cases, please contact your bank to resolve the issue.
